Cancellation Policies

Unless otherwise specified in the individual tour listings, in case of cancellations by the guests, the following refunds apply:

  • 80% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the tour date

  • 40% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date

  • 20% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or in case of no-show
