- This tour is not wheelchair accessible because the surface is uneven and slippery at the archaeological sites. Also, a good physical fitness level is required as the itinerary involves a large amount of walking. In case of mobility issues we can arrange a private tour for your party;

- The entry tickets to the archaeological park are named. Full names and birth dates of all participants must be provided at the time of booking. Once purchased the entry tickets can not be modified nor refunded;
- The entry tickets are timed. The personnel at the archaeological park are strict with the entry slots and they do not let in latecomers. In case of delays no refund is due;
- Airport-style security can lead to some queues in busy dates;
- Our tours run rain or shine. In case of bad weather no rescheduling is possible;
