St. Peter’s Basilica is an active church and can be closed unexpectedly for liturgical ceremonies or unforeseen circumstances. If closed, the time inside the Vatican Museums will be extended;

Entry to the Vatican is permitted only to appropriately dressed visitors. Low cut or sleeveless clothing, shorts, miniskirts and hats are not allowed. Large bags, umbrellas and other items are not allowed;
- Vatican Museums' halls and galleries can be closed for restoration or unforeseen circumstances. In case of closures, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly;

Our pre-booked tickets let you skip the entry lines. Security checks can not be avoided and can lead to some queues in busy dates;
- This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Also, a good physical fitness level is required as the itinerary involves a large amount of walking. In case of mobility issues, a private tour is strongly recommended;
- This tour requires a minimum of 3 participants to get started. If the number is not met, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund;
- The entry tickets to the Vatican Museums are named. Full names and birth dates of all participants must be provided at the time of booking. Once purchased the entry tickets can not be modified nor refunded. Also, each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Vatican Musuems;
- The entry tickets to the Vatican Museums are timed. The Vatican personnel are strict with the entry slots and they do not let in latecomers. In case of delays no refund is due;
