This tour is not wheelchair accessible. A good level of physical fitness is required, as the itinerary involves a significant amount of walking. If you have mobility issues, we strongly recommend booking a private tour;
St. Peter’s Basilica is an active place of worship and may be unexpectedly closed for liturgical ceremonies or other unforeseen circumstances, especially during the 2025 Jubilee. In the event of closure, our guide will adjust the itinerary, and the original tour duration will be maintained by exploring additional areas of the Vatican Museums instead of St. Peter’s Basilica;
Some halls and galleries of the Vatican Museums may be closed for restoration or other unforeseen reasons. In such cases, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly;
A minimum of 3 participants is required to run the tour. If the minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund;
The entry tickets to the Vatican Museums are personalized and linked to specific individuals. Full names and birthdates of all participants must be provided at the time of booking. Once purchased, the entry tickets cannot be modified or refunded;
Each visitor must present a valid passport or ID that matches the name provided at the time of booking in order to enter the Vatican Museums;
The entry tickets are timed. Vatican staff are strict with entry slots and do not allow latecomers. No refund will be given in case of delays;
Entry to the Vatican is permitted only to appropriately dressed visitors. Low cut or sleeveless clothing, shorts, miniskirts and hats are not allowed. Large bags, umbrellas and other items are not allowed;
